Engineering Application of Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine in experimental section of Russia-China pipeline project phase 3

The Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine is being used in the second spread of the second lot by Xinjiang oil Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. The project is about 41 kilometers long from Anping to Tai'an. The spread is responsible for crossing in more than 100 places from AC033 lot to AD001 lot. At present, one A-808 internal welding machine and 6 pcs of A-610 pipeline dual torch external welding machine have been put into operation of the project.

In the early stage, technicians of Xionggu Electrical carried out trial welding, parameter adjustment and equipment running in. The on-site technical service engineers cooperate with Longhui company to collect data, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and constantly improve weld quality in various places to meet the requirements of the pipeline owner and the project management. Welders also quickly adapted to Xionggu A-610 dual torch automatic external welding machine to achieve a good state of man-machine integration.Finally, 100% qualified rate of 300 welded joints is achieved.

Finally, 300 passes of welded joints are qualified in 100 running in joints.
