Provincial Juku Learning Committee Visits Xionggu to Exchange Experience on Amoeba Management Practice

On the afternoon of March 17, 2026, a delegation led by directors of the Provincial Learning Committee and Branch Center Learning Committee of Seikou Juku visited Xionggu Company for a visit and exchange on the implementation and practice of the Amoeba Management Model. Representatives from Xionggu’s Operation & Management Department and relevant departments received the delegation.

The delegation visited Xionggu’s intelligent manufacturing base, including the material inspection area, SMT production line, assembly line, general assembly line, environmental performance test area, warehouse and other sections, gaining an in-depth understanding of the lean production process. During the visit, the XG10000 Enterprise Resource Management System was introduced.

Officially launched, the system covers R&D, sales, procurement, production, quality inspection, warehouse, after-sales, finance, human resources, Amoeba management and other full business modules, enabling multi-dimensional digital operation of the company and providing solid data support for Amoeba management.

Afterwards, General Manager Xiong Jian delivered a themed sharing session entitled How Xionggu Implements Amoeba Managementand Difficulties and Blockages in Implementation. He shared practical experience and insights gained during the promotion of the Amoeba model, including the background of introducing Amoeba management, organizational structure adjustment, establishment of management accounting system, design of internal transaction mechanism, and cultivation of an all-staff operation culture. He also openly discussed practical challenges encountered in implementation, such as mindset transformation, data accounting, and internal pricing.

In the subsequent information system demonstration, Director Li Shuhui from Xionggu Software introduced the application of core modules, including Amoeba management data charts, dynamic organizational adjustment, internal transaction management, public cost allocation and automatic report generation. He also had interactive discussions with the visitors on the implementation effect of the system.

At the end of the event, Director Mao Yi led the delegation in a summary and review session. The participants discussed learning outcomes, inspirations for enterprise development, and actionable suggestions for future work, providing valuable external perspectives for Xionggu to further optimize its Amoeba management practice.

The exchange was held in a pragmatic and open atmosphere. Taking this exchange as an opportunity, Xionggu will continue to deepen the implementation and exploration of the Amoeba Management Model, and keep improving its corporate management.
