With over 28 years experience, we offer pipeline welding solutions along with training and after sales services to pipeline contractors. The Xionggu pipeline welding equipment can function well in the most extreme conditions and challenging environments, we supply contractors with full range of pipeline welding equipment from manual, semi-automatic, automatic welding for both onshore and offshore pipeline projects. We are proud of our R&D team which is composed of more than 30 engineers, some of them have more than 20 years experience in R&D pipeline welding equipment and pipeline welding solution to comply with strict criteria in oil & gas pipeline industry.

Xionggu continue investing on developing and applying new technologies and welding processes to meet the demands from our customers. Our R&D team is developing the next-generation products to facilitate pipeline welding in the future, which will improve consistence of weld quality and reduce labor strength of welders and solidify our status as one of leading pipeline welding solutions provider in the world. Xionggu has registered more than 200 patents. In order to solve the technical problems in the industry, we innovates and develops the accurate control technology of arc droplet which can guarantee the welding quality, the automatic seam tracking technology which makes the welding operation easier, and the remote data management platform for monitoring the field welding. These three core technologies ensure that welding qualification rate reaches more than 95%.
