At 9:00 AM on January 9, 2026, Xionggu Company's 4th Quarter Conference 2025 kicked off grandly in the main conference hall of Xionggu Intelligent Industrial Park. All employees gathered to review operational achievements and witness the commendation of advanced teams and individuals.

At the beginning of the conference, Director He from the Finance Department released the 4th quarter and annual operating results of the company and each Amoeba unit. Thanks to the joint efforts of all staff, the company exceeded its 2025 annual target. The Manufacturing Department, Technical Service Department, Domestic Business Department and Automatic Welding System Business Division won the Amoeba Award this quarter. Facing a complex external environment, Xionggu people take innovation as the guide, turn pressure into motivation, and firmly believe that 2026 will witness more brilliant achievements.

Subsequently, the commendation ceremony for Value Benchmark Teams was held, with four teams honored: the A-302i Pipeline Emergency Maintenance Intelligent Welding Workstation Project Team (embodying teamwork), the A-1000i Pipeline External Welding Robot 100-Day Tackling Team (full of passion), the Domestic Business Department (embracing changes proactively), and the Warehouse Team of the Manufacturing Department (adhering to dedication).

In the 4th quarter, the company obtained 13 intellectual property rights and completed 4 QC quality improvement projects, solidifying the foundation for technological innovation and lean management. Certificates were awarded to graduates of the 8th "Self-Improvement" course; winners of the first prize in the merit point assessment were commended, and new employees were welcomed to inject vitality into the team.

A safety production training was conducted to strengthen the safety awareness of all staff. Director Tao from HR explained the revised management system and led everyone to reaffirm the "Zero Excuse Commitment" for the merit point system.
