Xionggu Company Holds Q1 2026 General Meeting

In early April 2026, Xionggu Company held its First Quarter 2026 General Meeting. At around 9:00 a.m. on April 7th, all employees gathered in the conference hall of Xionggu Intelligent Industrial Park for the briefing session.

First, Director He of the Finance Department presented the company’s operational and expense performance for the first quarter, and announced the winners of the Amoeba Award based on Amoeba management assessment indicators. Congratulations to the Manufacturing Department, Technical Service Department, Welding Power Supply Business Unit, and Automatic Welding System Business Unit on winning this quarter’s Amoeba Award after three months of dedication and hard work.

This was followed by presentations of exemplary deeds by the Values Benchmark Teams, which received the titles of “Customer First”, “Teamwork”, “Passion”, and “Embrace Change” respectively.

In terms of quality and innovation achievements in Q1, four QC improvement projects were released, delivering tangible results in efficiency enhancement, process optimization, and workflow improvement. During the Work Points Commendation session, seven colleagues who won the First-Class Work Points Award received well-deserved recognition.

Along with the company’s development, a group of energetic and dynamic new members have joined Xionggu.

The initiative “Strictly Uphold Safety Bottom Lines, Jointly Build a Safe Xionggu” is more than a slogan. Key safety knowledge including the 20 non-negotiable red lines for safe production and self-protection measures in emergencies was thoroughly communicated, laying a solid safety foundation for the company’s high-quality development. Regarding system revisions, the Director of Human Resources delivered a detailed briefing on the revised regulations, providing clearer guidance for all staff in daily work practices.

Finally, Chairman Xiong of the company summarized the first-quarter achievements in marketing, R&D and manufacturing, and management, while outlining key work arrangements for the second quarter.
