The spread JH04 of Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Company breaks the record in the 3rdlot of the 4th West to East gas pipeline project. 40 joints (1219mm) are completed in one shift, with a one-time 100% qualified rate.
The 4th West to East Gas Pipeline is strategic energy channel connecting Central Asia and China, following the first, second and third West to East Gas Pipeline, with a total length of about 3340km. The length of the 3rd lot is 243km. The pipe diameter is 1219 mm, and the design pressure is 12 MPa. After the completion of the project, China's natural gas energy supply guarantee capability will be greatly improved to better ensure the national energy security and economic security. The project is contracted by Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Company, and Xionggu Pipeline Automatic Welding Machines are used in the project.
