In mid-December 2023, the Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine manufacturer learned from Jihua North Construction Group Co., Ltd. that Xionggu automatic welding equipment, as the supplier of important welding equipment for the project, used its unique and innovative automatic welding technology to assist Jihua North Construction Group Co., Ltd. The pipeline connects to the Moda First Line Forest Park and passes through the Gaofeng Provincial Forest Park line replacement project undertaken by the Moda First Line Project Department.

This project involves the renovation of the Moda Line section that passes through the Gaofeng Provincial Forest Park and is located in Qianjin Town, Nenjiang City, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province. The original pipeline length of this project is about 3.3km, and the modified length is about 5.46km, an increase of about 2.3km. The original pipe diameter is 813mm, the material is L450, and the design pressure is 8.0MPa-10MPa (wall thickness 11~17.5mm). During the pipeline construction process, due to the cold weather, the outdoor temperature dropped below -40 degrees Celsius, which posed severe challenges to welders and welding equipment.

However, as the main welding equipment for major oil and gas projects such as the West-East Gas Pipeline, China-Myanmar Pipeline, and China-Russia Pipeline, Xionggu automatic welding equipment has demonstrated excellent performance and highly reliable quality. Even under harsh conditions, the welding task was successfully completed. Of course, this achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and support of the project department leaders and welding colleagues, as well as the close cooperation of the Xionggu technical service team.
